📅 Booking & Retainers
A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date. No date is reserved until payment is received. The remaining balance is due prior to installation.
🚚 Delivery & Installation
Delivery and setup fees are based on location, event size, and scope of work. Access to the event space must be available at the agreed-upon time to ensure proper installation. Delays caused by venue access may result in additional fees.
🎈 Balloon Care & Handling
Our designs are created using premium-quality balloons. Balloons are sensitive to weather, heat, wind, and handling. Once installation is complete, JLuxe Balloons is not responsible for damage caused by environmental conditions or guest interaction.
🌦 Outdoor Installations
Outdoor installations are offered but are weather-permitting. Extreme heat, wind, rain, or unsafe conditions may require design adjustments or cancellation to protect the integrity of the installation. Retainers remain non-refundable.
❌ Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations forfeit the retainer. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 72 hours in advance. Additional fees may apply.
🕒 Setup & Breakdown
Setup times are scheduled in advance. Breakdown services are available upon request and must be arranged prior to the event.
If breakdown services are requested, the event space must be ready at the scheduled teardown time. Delays in access may result in additional waiting fees.
Venue Coordination
Clients are responsible for confirming venue access, setup, and breakdown requirements in advance. Venue restrictions may affect setup or teardown timing.
🧾 Damage & Responsibility
Client assumes full responsibility for decor once installed. Any loss or damage to rental items may result in replacement fees.
📸 Photography & Marketing
JLuxe Balloons reserves the right to photograph installations for portfolio, marketing, and social media use unless otherwise requested in writing.
💳 Payment Methods Accepted forms of payment include electronic payment and approved invoicing methods. All balances must be paid in full before installation.
📍 Service Area JLuxe Balloons proudly serves Sacramento and surrounding areas. Travel fees may apply outside the standard service area.
